The two Kits remaining from the Fox Family.  There were three, one was killed by a Coyote. Papa, or as we foundly knew him by “Pock”, was found murdered , and Mom and the two remaing fox kits are no where to be found. Maybe a new Fox family will be back in our secret place next year.

The First

Pock, the alfa-male of my fox family, was found shot to death very close to his den here in Wheat Ridge. His mate and their two remaining kits are no where to be found. I am heartbroken and angry over this senseless, cruel act.
There are posters up with a reward to find the murder (s)..

The Fox Family

I was one of many photographers out for a Fox “shoot”. I have no idea who all got a shot of the whole family of fox, but this is Dad, Mom and their kits. They apprently had 3 kits, but a coyote happen to get one.  The two remaining kits were full of energy and love. What an Amazing day this was for me.
